Registration Fees

We do not believe in hidden fees. Enrollment includes all administrative, insurance, and supplies fees. Optional field trips and social events are not included and may have additional costs. Payment can be made via credit card or Zelle to payment@compassea.org. A student’s registration is not complete until payment is received. Registration will be canceled if payment is not received within 5 business days of registration.

Registration Refund Policy:
$50 administration fee is Non-refundable.
The full balance (minus $50 administration fee) will be refunded if class is dropped more than 30 days prior to the start of class.
50% of the registration fee (minus $50 administration fee) will be refunded if class is dropped 15-30 days prior to the start of class.
Payment is NON-refundable if dropped within 14 days to the start of class.

Cost: $325 for Spring 2025 Semester S.A.R.
Volunteer Commitment
For the Spring 2025 semester, each family will be asked to volunteer (ex: in person security, pre-class preparation, event planning, etc). The schedule will be determined based on enrollment. The time requirement will be determined 4 weeks prior to the start of the semester (our hope is 1-2 assignments per family) based on enrollment. If you are unable to complete your assignment, you are welcome to secure a proxy (grandparent, family member, or other responsible adult over the age of 25). Please notify a Compass Director of replacement person in writing (info@compassea.org) as soon as possible. If a family does not sign up for a volunteer position when the assignment link is posted, a position will be assigned for the family.
Safety volunteers should arrive and check-in with the security manager by 11:50 am and stay in place until dismissed. Substitutes should check-in with the security manager by 12:00 pm to see if needed for the day.
*Failure to complete the volunteer requirement results in ineligibility to register for future Compass programs.
