Melody is a mom of two amazing tweens and two rambunctious labradoodles. She earned her BSN from Loyola University and left her nurse educator position to homeschool full time. Her passion for teens and tweens, as they navigate the pivotal years between childhood and young adult life, is the inspiration and driving force behind her commitment to the development of Compass. Encouraging curiosity, perseverance and compassion in the next generation is a privilege. 

Megan is the mom of four incredible children. She holds master's degrees in both Speech-Language Pathology and Reading Specialist. In 2020, Megan began homeschooling. Upon witnessing her own children grow in confidence, academics, and genuine relationships, Megan developed a vision to create a space that allows students the opportunity to benefit from hands-on learning and enrichment opportunities outside of the "traditional" realm.
